Amanda Hellryd (1993, Malmö) is a Swedish artist currently living and working in Gothenburg, Sweden. Hellryd's artistic practice expresses a curiosity between materiality and space; she operates within a distinct exploration of time and slight rearrangement of space by the placing of objects.

By isolation and transferring moments of everyday materials, Hellryd evokes temporal conditions - highlighting a material presence that reflects what absence and the nondurable might be. Her work exists at a point of a very fragile permeability between interior and exterior, accompanied by temporal and vague suggestions of their trajectories.
